Getting Started

AppraisePoint is a professional, cloud-based jewellery appraisal platform built for independent appraisers, retail jewellers, and appraisal companies. It streamlines the entire appraisal workflow — from item grading and market pricing to branded PDF certificates and secure client delivery.

Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to get started.

Features & Capabilities

Yes. AppraisePoint integrates directly with the GIA Report Check service. Enter a GIA report number and the diamond's grading data — cut, colour, clarity, carat weight, and measurements — is automatically populated into the appraisal. This eliminates manual entry and ensures accuracy.

Yes. AppraisePoint generates professional grading certificates for diamonds and coloured stones, following internationally recognised grading scales. Diamond Grading Certificates cover cut, colour, clarity, carat weight, proportions, and fluorescence. Coloured Stone Grading Certificates cover species, variety, origin, colour saturation, and treatment disclosure. Both are available as standalone PDF documents or combined with the full appraisal report.

AppraisePoint integrates real-time market data from IDEX for diamond pricing market data, alongside live metal spot prices for gold, platinum, and silver. All pricing data is fetched at the time of appraisal to reflect current market conditions.

Yes. AppraisePoint supports a wide range of appraisal types including insurance replacement, resale, estate, and fair market value — across jewellery, loose stones, watches, and more. The appraisal type is clearly stated on every certificate as required by industry standards. See all supported item types

Yes. All plans include standard report branding — your logo, business name, and colours. Additionally include the full report designer, allowing you to customise layouts, fonts, and add custom pages such as terms and conditions or cover letters.

No. AI in AppraisePoint is designed to assist appraisers, not replace them. It helps with image enhancement, item description and more — but the final appraisal is always completed and signed by a certified professional.

AppraisePoint supports English, Spanish, and French — both the platform interface and the generated PDF reports. Additional languages can be considered for Enterprise clients.

AppraisePoint is fully web-based and accessible from any modern browser on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. No software installation is required.

Clients & Security

Yes. Every appraisal certificate includes a QR code that links to a secure client portal where the report can be viewed and verified. This gives insurance companies and clients a trusted way to confirm the authenticity of any appraisal.

Yes. AppraisePoint uses AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and in transit, hosted on AWS with daily automated backups. Access is controlled per user and only authorised team members can view or modify appraisals.

Your data remains accessible for 1 year after cancellation, giving you time to export your appraisals and records. After that period, data is permanently deleted from our servers. You own your data — always.

Pricing & Plans

AppraisePoint offers three plans — Professional, Business, and Enterprise. Pricing will be published shortly. All plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. View plans

Professional is ideal for independent appraisers and small practices with up to 3 users. Business suits retail jewellers and growing teams with higher appraisal volumes and unlimited users. Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your data and appraisal history are always preserved when switching plans.
