Your expertise, professionally presented

How access works
Create your account. A business website or professional reference helps us review your application.
Verify your email. We review your application and email you the outcome.
Start on Free. Prepare drafts, review your work, and sign when ready.
The first successful signature on an appraisal or grading record uses one unit. Both record types share the allowance. Drafts, previews, additional items, and PDF downloads do not use another unit.
Correcting or re-signing the same work does not count again. A renewal or independent duplicate is new work and uses a unit when first signed.
You can keep preparing drafts and accessing your existing records. Upgrade for more capacity or wait for the allowance to reset on the first day of the next month, using America/Edmonton time. An upgrade keeps the units you already used that month.
Neither is required for Free. Every application is reviewed for professional use. Choosing a paid plan here only saves your preference; approval starts you on Free, and you decide whether to upgrade later.
Paid access continues until its scheduled end, then your company returns to Free. Your records stay available. If your team exceeds the new staff allowance, an administrator chooses who keeps staff access. Existing client document permissions are preserved.
